This was a championship team. If healthy, no present team could beat the 07-08 squad. unfortunately there has to be a strong emphasis on the "If healthy" part.

I support your argument minus the name calling, backin the mid 2000s Tmac and Kobe were comparable, and some pundits would even claim that Tmac is better.. Prime Tmac was a beast, heck there was a season were he averaged 1 block per game.....don't let pur hatred of the 2008 Tmac diminsh his legacy

 

04-05 was one of my favorite Rockets teams all-time. If the refs didn't screw us in game 5 vs. Dallas we would have had a legit shot in the 2nd round and WCF.

 

People forget just how good Tracy was at one point. He was a flat-out nightmare on offense. Oh my, he would just eat teams up by himself.

 

The Beard and Dwight have better supporting cast than what T Mac and Yao had in 04-05. Except prime Yao is better than Dwight, and yeah The Beard and T mac are almost equally. The difference there is T mac was more athletic.

 

Yes, they were about equal, except for Harden's ability to score more with less shots, and McGrady actually having a better supporting cast.
