    Wait, you actually think those 45 points Lin scored a few nights ago at that event was meaningful? Yes, let us all ignore the sub-par season he had since he just had an amazing 45 point game. :rolleyes:

    sub-par season as in a starting pg who didn't miss a regular season game that helped lead the youngest and most inexperienced team in the NBA to the playoffs in the western conference? sub-par as in his knee didn't heal to 100% until some time around ASW and he was shooting 40% from 3 and averaging 17 pts for the rest of the season and Morey stated on a podcast that Lin was #2 in contributing to wins behind harden? ok.

    He's earning $8m a year. Wouldn't be getting criticism if he was paid less.

    We're building a contender and Lin isn't good enough for one, nor is he compatible with our best player.
