    I had to check other artices to find out why the guy was being charged woth a hate crime. Apparently he made racial remarks when he was arrested. Stupid abclocal, report more details next time

    Well if that's the case then it's understandable. From the OP's article, there wasn't logic as to why it was a hate crime.

    So the guy who shot up the Sikh temple wasn't a hate crime. He could've had a reason. Maybe the Sikhs lit a paper bag full of dog poo on his doorstep
