    As I said before, that is the name of the Houston Press News Blog. Sounds weird, but that is the standard way to handle the first quote in a story for it.

    I guess you couldn't just put "Houston Press News Blog" in place of Hair Balls? Probably not, I wouldn't know. But that name is unfortunate.
