What do cats even taste like, I'm genuinely curious.

As far as the debate goes, I don't give a shet what people in other cultures eat, as long as they aren't tortured or abused and properly slaughtered it makes no difference to me.

 

So what your saying is that your cultural tradition of treating a dog as a pet is not justification to refuse eating dog meat?

I have a problem with that, and I'd have an even bigger problem with it if they were cats/dogs/pigs. And a still bigger problem if they were of an even higher order of intelligence, like chimps.

 

The question doesn't make sense. Its no one's business what I refuse to eat, unless perhaps if I'm starving myself. It doesn't require justification.

 

And they need justification in what they eat because you don't agree with them?

 

I don't want to covert you to vegan or anything, just saying it seems like you'll have a problem with alot of things if you think too much about it.

Well, if they were eating humans, wouldn't this be obvious? But this is missing my point, so lets not go down that path.

The problem is that Chinese people take everything too literal.

 

I didn't know the phrase there's more than one way to skin a cat originated in China. You learn stuff everyday.

 

They have these meats at the chinese buffet that don't taste like pork beef chicken or anything that im used to- im guessing I ate dog cat or rat GROSS

 

Maybe it's ESL issues
