    Why is UT at #2 surprising? They have every possible recruiting advantage, in terms of location, reputation, history, being in a talent-rich state, etc. They also have more money - by far - than another program in the country.

    What job would be betteer and why? You could argue Notre Dame is more prestigious, but it's also a more difficult job for a wide variety of reasons.
