I give half a vote to Linman's Frenchy cos it does look pretty good. The other half to KFC since Lin endorses it :)

Why? Lin is neither a vegetarian, ovolactarian, or vegan so why should he be expected to NOT take on KFC as an sponsor?

Given that 99.5% of the US population is NOT vegan, why would this disappoint you at all? Should non-Vegans be disappointed when vegans take on vegan advertisers?

Might as well be disappointed that he's taken Volvo on as a sponsor because they still use Fossil Fuels in their cars...

So Jeremy Lin is rolling in his new Volvo and eating fried chicken while listening to Amy Grant and Michael W Smith on the radio :)

LOL. I totally agree that Popeyes is better than KFC. KFC is in the running for most over-priced fast food joint for the quality and quantity of food that you get.

exactly most Lin haters think we are here because we think he is a superstar, or expect him to put in 30 points a night and dominate...

which is far from the truth.... the fact that he is Harvard Educated and a good athlete....stuck it out on his brother couch... knowing full well his parents were giving him grief about it....is his appeal too me

    Red beans and rice.
    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Red_beans_and_rice

Red beans and rice is an emblematic dish of Louisiana Creole cuisine (not originally of Cajun cuisine) traditionally made on Mondays with red beans,[1] vegetables (bell pepper, onion and celery), spices (thyme, cayenne pepper, and bay leaf) and pork bones as left over from Sunday dinner, cooked together slowly in a pot and served over rice. Meats such as ham, sausage (most commonly Andouille), and Tasso ham are also frequently used in the dish. The dish is customary - ham was traditionally a Sunday meal and Monday was washday. A pot of beans could sit on the stove and simmer while the women were busy scrubbing clothes. Similar dishes are common in Latin American cuisine, including moros y cristianos and gallo pinto.

They had it for a short time out here in CA (Central Coast)...it was pretty good - pastry-like crust, good sauce, big chunks of chicken...all in all, not too shabby.

No, Lin is NOT endorsing KFC. He's merely endorsing KFC China's "three-man basketball challenge." KFC China made it very clear that Lin would not be expected to promote or endorse KFC restaurants, food, or product line. :)

Without a doubt, Popeye's is the champion here, they just do it better (Gumbo on the go, can't beat that). Although, I have never had Frenchy's, and the closest Popeye's is about 30 miles from where I live. So KFC got my vote. I am getting hungry right now, and I just had lunch.

It's amazing what the "news" can get away with- that was probably the most racist example of editing I've ever seen, and the anchor could hardly contain her excitement over it.
