I'll be flying to Philly for business next week. I'll touch down early Tuesday afternoon, pick up a rental, then it's on to New Jeresey for a few meetings.

Does anyone know of a place close to the airport to get some good food around lunch time before I head to Jersey? I won't have any time to experience the city outside of this small window and I'm flying solo.

    Thanks for any suggestions...

Pat's King of Steaks off Passyunk Ave. It's about a 15 min drive from the airport.

Yup, Pat's is the home of the original cheese steak.

Switch the bread off the Philly Cheese Steak for a Tortilla and you'll almost have a QUESADILLA from El Taconazo.
