    I agree that Orlando and Toronto are going to be better than most people think. I don't think as highly of the Pistons though. I know they have talent but talent doesn't always translate into Ws - see Pistons 2011-12. Give them time and a glue man and the can move on but I need to see proof before completely counting them out of the bottom. I see them slightly better than the Wizards That said my list is:

    Bobcats
    Kings
    Hornets
    Cavs
    Wizards

    well, the Pistons' best player last year was a sophomore on his breakout season, and their point guard was a rookie. They've also finally added a couple of shotblockers, their biggest flaw defensively last year. And still they were 9th from the bottom. It's hard to see them dropping into bottom 5 now.
