    My goodness, as much as I dislike the Portuguese team, they deserve to move on WAY more than the Dutch team.
    I love the Dutch team but they've been disgusting this entire tournament.

    Wow. Even more depressing! The Germans did the work for us, we just couldn't take advantage. Very sad... come on Denmark, get a draw out of this to make it less painful!

    I feel sad for Robben and van Bommel, especially for van Bommel. That was probably the end of his international career.

    Definitely the end for van Bommel. I just hope that somehow the Germans heard of the score (and the threat of being knocked out) and decided to crank it up a notch at that point - I might try and convince myself of that just to make me feel better about our defeat ;-)

    Overall, we just couldn't do it. I wasn't convinced that putting Huntelaar in the team would do anything - no crosses, no one to provide. Also, every team that has lost a World Cup Final since 1978 has been knocked out in the group stages in the following Euros.

    I knew when the groups were announced that we would probably be knocked out. Germany far superior. We always lose against Portugal. Losing against Denmark wasn't expected...

    Feeling a bit numb right now!...
