    Check out this video of a guy in Holland who went in for hip surgery a couple years ago and came out with a weird affliction....he can't talk without laughing.

    The subtitles are a joke by the uploader, dutch guys confirmed this. They are fun as hell though, especially the parts about his angry wife and Ernie&Bert.
