Why do they have Other and none of these? Don't they mean the same thing? If that's the case then wouldn't Hitler (3%) beat Huntsman (0%)

"Voluntary"? As in someone said it without prompting since the surveryer does not give "none of the above" as a choice? Like a verbal "write in" vote.

Not necessarily. "Other" doesn't have to be Hitler, some Republicans may prefer Netanyahu or Hank Williams Jr.
