Did we just trade 1/2 season of Brooks + Battier for Donatas + Flynn?

    First, Flynn contract = Miller contract. So salary isn't important. Which meant the trade boiled down to Morey giving up 1/2 a season or Brooks and Battier for his haul tonight.

    Talk about getting something out of nothing. :eek::eek:

    I put that as a judgement call, since they actually picked Morris over Leonard. The fact that the Spurs got Leonard a pick later kind of make me a bit queasy though.

    But getting Donatas, IMO, is purely working his butt off on the phones to get something out of his about-to-leave players.

    Miller and Flynn have more similarities than just the contracts. They're both useless to the Rockets as well.

    Wrong actually. We got dragic, PHX draft pick, Donatas, Flynn, -Miller, Thabeet for 1/2 season of Brooks and Battier who were probably going to leave anyway.

    And where the hell's CXBBY? He was talking about going 8 to draft Marcus Morris we got him 14. He should be orgasming in ecstacy right about now...
