Dickerson was annoyed because he couldn't wait to go back to his chat group but then he had to play OT because Alpi made that stupid clutch block.

KD made sure to finish the job in OT.

The only star player here is Kevin Durant. He's having a great season but playing by himself most nights. He's definitely accountable

Sengun's pick & roll defense finished the job. How many times did he get scored on in this OT clip?

Great point. Too bad Alpi couldn’t hit his free throws there at the end. What a loser.

    Sengun average last 5 games:
    67.5 FG%, 1.2 blks
    24.8 pts, 8.8 rb, 7.2 ast to 2.8 TO's

For now, old good Alpi is back.

That it's not leading to wins, is both frustrating, and just weird

It’s not leading to wins, because we can no longer hide his defensive deficiencies. If Sengun is your center you better surround him with good defenders and shooters. Durant and Reed have got the shooting, but that’s the core issue. Amen and Sengun don’t fit. Reed and Sengun don’t fit. Reed, Durant, and Sengun don’t fit. That’s why if anybody is traded it will be Sengun and/or Durant. I’m certain they are hanging on to Amen and, I doubt they want to give up on Reed.

Durant and Jabari don’t fit either. Kd doesn’t fit with anyone and cancer in the team. Just send kd and replace ime if possible. Ar the very least get competent assistant coaches. The recipe is simple.

hanging onto amen is reasonable but with the way ime is handling him he’ll see limited growth just like Sengun.

Get rid of Durant, bring back the core of Reed, Jabari, Amen, and Sengun. Surround them with actual shooters, and use Sengun properly (The offense needs to move and have cutters which Sengun would thrive on).

I’m not saying we’d be some amazing team, but I guarantee we’d be more fun to watch than this iso crap.

Did you watch the video? The first bucket had nothing to do with his defense, but rather him giving up an offensive rebound (yes, you could argue that it was lazy on his part). The second one was not on a pick and roll, but rather his teammate getting blown by. The Divincendo three-pointer had nothing to do with him whatsoever. The Randall game winner was not even his guy, he came over to help at the last second.

    You are being pretty ridiculous.

    The following players:

    1) Durant
    2) Sengun
    3) Reed

All need to be surrounded by good defensive players to make up for their shitty defense. Durant is so disinterested in defense and is so obvious about it that its almost admirable. Sengun tries, he's just bad at it and will *not* get better. Reed is probably the best natural defender of the 3 because he actually has real usable defensive instincts that the others do not possess (nose for the ball, great hands).

He’s the most skilled under the basket scorer I’ve seen in a while and passer as a big, no one has his footwork but this roster is a joke, imagine how much better he’d be with more shooters and likeminded individuals, it’s gonna suck seeing this city waste another talent for a stupid trade, never liked Giannis worst shooter ever I doubt Udoka gets fired this is sickening

We now have multiple seasons of offensive stagnation from Sengun. A lot of us overlooked it last year because his defense improved and the team had success. Its harder for me to overlook this season.

He has a lot of shortcomings in his game that make him difficult to build around. It probably can be done, but his offense has to be extremely good to justify it. At his age, the fact that he has seemingly plateaued this much is very alarming. He is still far too easy to guard 1v1 for an offensive cornerstone and the shooting has shown no meaningful progress.

I'm not saying dump him at all costs, but I would be much more amenable to offers for him this off-season than I have been previously.

God it's tiring hearing your schtick targeting Sengun when the same thing can be said for multiple people on the roster.

Do you ever rest with your garbage takes?

Pretty good game again, although he got completely iced out in the second half but I felt Udoka is trying to keep him and KD a bit fresh and the plan was for other guys to punish defenses loading up on them and they did. Made a couple of crucial plays even in the second half even though he didn’t shoot much that sealed the lead. Best passer and playmaker in the current roster. Pretty good efficiency ever since he got some rest.

KD and Sengun are a clear step above the rest of the guys. They should figure out their 2-man game cause our best offense comes when these two are clicking.

BECAUSE, as good as he's played, he pounds the ball, he's not a defensive anchor, as a center should be and he primarily shoot 2s, while others are shooting 3s.

Taking all that into account and playing with Reed in the starting lineup, its a NET NEGATIVE
