I don’t know if I believe that he’ll invade when the market closes. He never does the thing he repeatedly hints he’s going to do.

The part I believe is that he wants everyone to believe he’s going to invade when the markets close.

My guess is he is buying time to build up troops while also attempting to change the terrain of the fight. He tried to bait the IRGC into the Iraqi border and now trying the coast. He doesn’t want to go where they’re waiting for him.

I’m not confident with my guess this time but if I absolutely had to guess, it would be that they will attempt to take Abu Musa or the two Tunbs as a provocation, and then retaliate hard. It’s the Zionist way. Provoke and then pretend you’re acting in self defense.

As a nationwide blackout in Cuba stretched into a second day this past weekend, the stakes were rising for Jorge Pérez Álvarez.

The 21-year-old suffers from a genetic disease preventing his lungs from pumping air on their own. He needs a ventilator at all times to keep breathing.

His ventilator’s backup battery is supposed to last more than a day, but that has been tested repeatedly in recent weeks, including three nationwide outages that each pushed up against its limits. And with the power out for hours every day, there is hardly enough time to recharge it.
