The fact that there were 47 passing play on a bad snow outdoor field indicates also a rather horrible running game.

Look, he was bad, no getting around that.

But team is now pivoting to better tue run game.

A great defense and good running game is QB best friends......

Throwing 4 ints in a half and getting behind will cause a team to throw more often than they want too.

Better get a good blocking TE then. Sadiq or Delp later. Who else is a good blocking TE ti be had later rounds? Roush? Raridon?

Delp is a good blocking TE that happens to be a great athlete. Same with Roush

Only one of those INTs lead to scores. Also, Where was the run game?

I am glad that ONE really bad (Steelers' game wasn't bad, the Fumbled snaps were bad) has all of sudden defined CJ's career.

    That’s just rewriting history.
He hasn’t been “good” in two seasons.
The playoffs he was just plain bad

Kahale wasn’t considered a blocker if I remember right.
But let’s hope not if we draft one of them

Numbers don't back that up. He has been missing huge stretches without weapons. Even still, his numbers haven't been elite. He has been around the 15 range for QB performance. Look it up.

Should've been 7-8 ints if the DB;s had caught the ball.

It's amazing to me that we can watch the same game and see things so totally different. I still really respect your opinion. I wish I could be as optimistic about CJ as you are, but my mind cant wrap around how truly bad as he was in that game. I'm telling you brother I hope and pray that you're right.

I still have visions of him moping on the sidelines in the playoffs. It is so opposite of what I want to see from the leader and of this team. I just hope he can put his butthurt feelings aside this year and be more of a leader when things aren't going his way, and pump up his offense with some passion.

Will Kacmarek from Ohio State. 6'6, 260, and arguably the best blocking TE in the draft. Might be available in the 7th.

I presume that a lot of effort is being invested in improving CJ. CJ was great in 23'. I believe he can again be a quality QB.

You basically said he was the worst Starter in the league. I said he has been not elite, but average.

What? I said he hasn’t been “good” in two years and was terrible in the playoff games.
You can interpret it how you want, but don’t lie about what was said.
CJ is an average starter that was terrible in the playoffs. He’s been average at best for two seasons.

Hate him, love him, don't matter. He IS the QB for this team and at least the next 2 seasons. All you Debbie downers, you know who you are. Want to pat your own back for "being right" about him. Good luck with that. Wish CJ well and give him another chance. But, I am not talking with normal people here. Fans are short for something... For this team/city. It's about time. That's all I am saying. If, big if, the TEAM manage to pull it all together and win, not be at a SB, then, everyone just be happy and forget all you said in the pass.
