Not every place. Just urban areas where only 30% of high school seniors can read, crime is sky high, and economic opportunity is lacking. They probably do need a ruling class. Self governance clearly has not worked for them. It’s highly evident.

Well don't really hate it, but it is definitely one of my least favorite types of music. I don't know what is is, but it's definitely not anything I would buy or go listen to by choice. I enjoy just about anything, but something about mariachi music just makes me cringe. I don't know why.
