This loss is almost on Ime

There is only one reason to not advance the ball, and that is to allow the inbounds guy to run the baseline to get a better angle, but that surely didn't look like it was conveyed to Tari......actually after the first Inbound attempt the guy could no longer run so they should have advanced it......should have anyway, TBH.

I thought he was out of bounds clapping his hands for Bari to let him inbound it.. Either way, Bari knew better lol.. Then Ime signed the executive order the next play and the rest is history

 

Ain’t winning with this r****d coach. Might win in spite of him but not because of him. He is the Tari Eason of coaches.

 

No one in the NBA, NCAA, G League, EuroLeague, AAU, or High School is salivating at the prospect of any of those mother****ers getting fired and being available. “Man, we’re a Ben Sullivan away from the Final Four” said no one ever.

 

I swear I cringe every damn time the game is close and IME is drawing up a play.

 

People complaining that Morey runs the team like its all numbers and not thinking about players being humans, well you guys now see how a players coach who goes by his guts do things.

 

I had no idea they had timeouts…this screams completely unprofessional and out of depth coaching staff

Tari just makes me sad lately. He is so ****ing bad all of a sudden...

 

If one extreme is to call a time out and ensure your best inbound passer and 4 top FT shooters are in the game, and the other extreme is what Ime did, what do you propose is the best middle ground strategy here?

I think there are times when one can argue that you gotta go with the feels when you are a coach. But there are times when there is an objectively correct answer that all coaches should make.

 

Me in preseason: "Can we get Ty Jerome in FA?"

Clutchfans preseason: "We got DFS, Championship"

Me: "he can't play the 2 guard"

Most of Clutchfans earlier in the season: "DFS is going to save the season, he's going to start at the SG spot"

Me: "Why didn't we go after Ty Jerome"

The vast majority of Clutchfans today: "DFS sucks, we need a guard .... Ime Sux"
