I still don’t understand why Tari was brought in to inbound the ball of all things… And why we wouldn't use a timeout to advance the ball to halfcourt to at least make things easier. Seriously what the hell goes through Ime’s mind? Tari’s has never shown good judgement. He consistently fouls three point shooters, consistently throws away in bound passes, consistently tries to bring the ball up the court looking off players who are better equipped to do so. There was no upside there. Who did he even sub in for? I dont know if anyone else noticed but on the play before Tari’s boneheaded inbound pass, after Bam’s free throw he tried to grab the ball and had a demonstrative reaction when Bari held onto it to do the inbound himself. That pass ultimately got poked away leading to Tari getting his moment in the sun. Smh. I’ve got no clue what’s up with him but every minute he’s in the game I’m wondering why Josh isn’t playing instead. There isnt a single thing Tari does better than Josh right now and Josh doesnt try to do too much. Tari’s defense hasnt even been good like it used to be. He’s getting blown by just like every body else. He needs to be on another team next year.
I thought Holiday was going to be player of the game, then Durant did his Jordan Erasure thing, then Amen wins it for us. What a game! Especially after they got ahead with so little left to play. Go Rockets!!!
The team on the floor needs to be one that supports Reed, not one Reed needs to fit into. When he is allowed to go out and do his thing our offense is night and day.
BTW - the ONLY reason not to advance the ball is to let the INBOUNDER run the baseline after a made basket but did the coaches TELL TARI he could move? Sure didn't look like it. DD

Amen had 24 points and 18 rebounds. Reed had 23 points and 14 assists. Durant had 27 points. Sengun had 19 points and 12 rebounds. Aaron Holiday had 8 points and two big threes to help the Rockets take the lead back in the fourth quarter. Great TEAM win on the second night of a back-to-back. Two wins in two nights against two teams above .500.
buried in all of these amen's heroic (deservedly so) reed with the clutch floater to give the rockets a 3 points lead https://videos.nba.com/nba/pbp/medi...af4c-4157-6ae9-15ae-3eadc513fd2f_1280x720.mp4
KD double pumping a shot is something I thought I'd never see... Bam was on his ass lol..Amen saved him just as much as saving Tari' s dumb ass
To win more regular season games they absolutely need to play as much Reed (and initiate through him). To win any playoff series, however, they also need to figure out the Sengun problem asap. The clock is ticking.
