Trump cheering the death of Robert Mueller moments after its anounced it pretty classic, peak Trump. Personal vendetas are all that matter. Being presidential is for losers. Certainly won't feel any hesitation to do unto you as you do unto others when you finally thankfuly keel over, orange man.
Many people will be happy when Trump eventually dies as well, though public officials should probably keep that to themselves.

My lib sister in law was glad that Chuck Norris died simply because he was a republican. Her elitist boyfriend agreed. They said this with my kids in the same room. I don’t want that crap around my kids. Also, I don’t think I ever even knew he was a republican lol.
I don't blame you for not wanting your kids to say hear that. Hopefully you keep your kids' ears away from the same type disturbing words of our President too. Kids are innocent and good until they are taught to embrace hate.
There was NOTHING GREAT about Kirk. Hell, even his wife went on a shopping spree hours after his death.
What was so bad about Charlie Kirk? What didn’t you like? His stance on abortion? Did he deserve to be shot and killed? And no, he was not a racist.
So you agree that a President of the United States should not broadcast those words for the kids of America to read or hear. Glad we at least agree on that.
My kids didn’t hear that. But I do agree that Trump says lots of inappropriate stuff. It’s no worse than lefties celebrating Kirk’s death. I don’t think you can find too many of my posts backing the things Trump says, if any. Also, he’s not in my family, with access to my kids.
Lots of people said a lot of inappropriate stuff. Each of us teaches our kids not to be those people, it's just corrosive to their souls. But it gets pretty tough for everyone when it's not just your average Joe or Jane, but a political leader, a senator, a governor, and worst of all, the POTUS. When my kids come home from school and mention something Trump said, my response is usually: stay away from that, don't engage, and if it bothers you, let's talk about it. I try to keep them away from politics because there is really no good in it when the bad behavior is coming from the very top.
I guess where we disagree is that you don't expect the behavior of a President of the United States to be any different than some of the hate spewing citizens in our country. Of course it's worse when the leader of our country can't refrain himself from saying he's glad Mueller is dead. It's hard to see him as anything other than a man who lets his hate override common decency and respect for human life on the biggest platform of all, for the world and our citizens to hear.
Why do you keep making excuses for him? Can't you just admit this is not the type of behavior anyone should accept from their President?
He said he doesn’t agree with it. I think you’re pushing it to expect him to go further and relinquish support for Trump. Expecting him to back a liberal opponent is not realistic. Trump supporters being willing to say they don’t like a lot of the things he says gives me some hope that our country isn’t permanently screwed.
