Do you want to take a RB in the 2nd? I was all for it until we traded for Montgomery. I prefer to use our two second-round picks on OL, DT, or maybe a guy like LB Anthony Hill.
Depends on if Washington or Price are there at 2-59. My mock would probably look something like this. 1. CJ Allen 2. Oscar Delp 2. Mike Washington 3. Keylan Rutledge 3. after trading back up into the 3rd Dominique Orange. Those are 5 very solid starter level players.
Delp can be had in the 3rd. Rather see them draft a OG or C in 2nd...or DL. I dont think Washington makes it to 59 sadly
Don't believe all the mock draft hype. Players you don't expect will fall and ones projected lower will rise. Happens every year.

Yep, when I saw that Delp ran a 4.4 at his pro day with the type of blocker he is I moved him up from kate 3rd to the late 2nd, but I really want him on the team so I would spend 2-38 on Delp. Plus Delp has good hands. What more do you look for at the TE position.

Running Backs are not going to fall to you in this year's draft. There's so few quality RB in this years draft that they will be drafted way before their player rankings.
He was the #1 TE in the Nation his HS recruiting class. He arrived at GA as a FR competing with the likes of Bowers and Washington. When he finally got his chance the TE wasn't used as much, so he honed his blocking. He could still stand to add some muscle as he fills out, but he's going to be a better pro. Always thought Mcshay was better and Kiper should have been gone a long time ago for his Jimmy Clausen call and also the outrage over Sanders last year
Whatever you think about him, Kiper's story is pretty great. Dude had a passion for it, was pestering an NFL GM with draft writeups when he was in HS, then ran with it and busted his ass to make his way
I'm not discounting his passion or persistence, but when I compared his stuff to Joel Buchsbaum's guide back in the day, this quote comes to mind... "You have been weighed, you have been measured, and you have been found wanting."
He definitely has strong opinions and I get when you "bang the table" for your guy, but he just rubs me wrong. He's toned down some as he's gotten older, but he really became a media darling when this happened in the 1994 Draft. Kiper showed some balls there, but I think it's really arrogant for a draftnik to go as far as he did, but this moment arguably made him a mainstay on ESPN for over 4 decades. Pretty remarkable actually.
