Guess we need a floor general like FVV. We got our tails kicked.

The playoff run is going to be non-existent.

The Spurs have looked like the superior team, however, just about every time they’ve matched up against the Rockets this season, with Sunday’s loss Houston’s third in four games against San Antonio. In those three losses, the Rockets have been outscored 203-160 in the second half.

When the Spurs lock in, they seem to have an answer for every Houston counterpunch. Durant hasn’t reached 25 points in any of his four matchups against San Antonio this season. And the Rockets cant rely on their ability to push around opponents with their defensive pressure on the perimeter or their size in the paint against this Spurs team.

But dude just be honest and sincere for a second: didn't I say I only care about season average and I'm choosing the better shooter on that basis? So why's it confusing what I'm saying?

Like I was SO specific. SO specific about my personal philosophy and vision.

Just please if you like to debate just take me for my word and I'll take you for yours. You prefer Jabari because you care about different metrics. I prefer Tari at SG/SF/PF because I want his shooting, his speed, his more agressive demeanor, his quicker feet, his better guard defense. I like Jabari's game at PF/C, his jumper, his height, rebounding, adherence to the plan, interior defense.

Both are good but I just like the fit better with Tari if the other 4 starters were Sengun/Durant/Amen/Sheppard. I'm not hating on anyone, I think Jabari would start on most teams that don't have an all-time at his position like we do with Durant.

If Jabari eclipses Tari in shooting, we'll be on the same side. You won't have to try to push me towards it. Seriously, I will have no issues so I won't be accepting any told-you-so's. I know it's possible.

I hope that clarifies it. We're both over 40 let's talk like we're over 40.

We gave up shooting? Who are we talking about, Dillon?

Jalen Green may be a “shooter”, but he’s not a “maker”.

With or without Wemby, the Spurs look like the best team in the league. With Wemby, they are just on a whole nutha level.

In fairness both were high volume 3 point shooters. 40% and 35.4% respectively, add Cam at 35.5%. In comparisons, the Spurs are shooting 35.3% from 3pt range this year and is considered an above average 3pt shooting team. So technically, the Rockets did give up a lot of shooting, a lot 3 point shooting in particular.

Consequently, the Rockets are one of the lowest in volume 3 point shooting teams this year because the gave up 3 volume three point shooters.

The point is they had 4 shooters around Sengun. They also had a SG (JG) who could both get to the paint and shoot which they don’t have now. They currently don’t have one guard on the roster that can do this. The trade created a roster imbalance and gaps.

I don’t know anything about Boston but I do know these pieces don’t work. Both Brown and Tatum are dynamic scorers. Sengun and Amen aren’t
