The thing people don't actually comment on - is Sengun (nor any C on this roster) shouldn't be constantly rushing out to the perimeter to contest a guard who obviously is going to abuse them.

It was literally taught to us during our U16 rep team practices for zone defense, the C stays in the middle of the zone and never rushes to the perimeter. All the other 4 players on the court will be on a string and move replacing the gap.

Yet apparently this defensive genius coach uses it as a literal focal point of his defense.

And then has the audacity to scowl and abuse his big men when they - heaven forbid - don't have the footwork to keep up with a guard on the move as they've closed out to them.

 

Ime is just bad.

 

Players out there just jogging.

KD has destroyed another franchise.

 

F•ck it time for the Olympics.

 

We're so easy to get separation from. It's embarrassing tbh.

 

GTFO the floor and go home...

 

Sengun is horrendous.

I apologize to Sabonis for even suggesting that Sengun was his equal.

 

The way this team is built right now should be enough to end Stone and Ime's tenure here. This is just disheartening watching after the rebuild this is the result.

Okogie and DFS suck. Dudes getting wide open looks and can’t hit half of ine.

 

Offense is trash tier so can't score points, bricks and to's fuel other teams runs.

 

Put KD and Sengun in place of SGA and Chet and they too would suck.
