    no. if the ball catcher is back to the basket you foul

    you don't want to take a foul when the player is facing the basket.

    Of course they make both free throws. Now we have to inbound and get the ball to a good shooter which almost never happens. Watch amen get the ball and get fouled. I would bet money on it.
