Ja Morant a possible trade target for Houston this offseason?

Yeah, Zion was fat and prone as always but both are great at sabotaging careers.

Pels are firing Greene at any second and Ja is being an arsehole again.

 

Even without all the personal problems, Ja isn't the same player he was due to the pounding/injuries.
When taking both into account...negatory.

 

Morant to NY incoming.

Didn't realize your post was from the summer. Sorry. This may be a knee-jerk reaction, but Ja has not looked good this season. I didn't see the Lakers game, but it sounds like he quit playing in the second half. Pelicans are more a mess than Memphis, but I think Zion is currently the better player. With those two, I'm favoring short-term heavily (pun intended).

 

I'm predicting Ja Morant getting traded to Phoenix for Jalen Green before the NBA trade deadline...

 

There is legitimately nothing about Ja that interests me. I hate his attitude. I hate his baggage. I hate the fact that he is a small guard who is bad from 3. I hate his defensive disinterest at times. I hate that he misses so many games. Nothing about him is appealing to me.

Memphis messed up not trading him last year when he had some value.

Who would trade for an injury prone, non-shooting, max contract, bad decision making Point Guard?

 

Would have loved Ja before the KD trade.

We just spent the offseason getting rid of all the knuckleheads on the roster, I see no reason to bring another one in

Wherever he goes, it's not going to be for very much. With all of the above factored in, as well as that salary...notta.

 

In a way he’s not entirely unlike Randy Moss. If he gets traded, it’s got to be to a strong organization. If the culture is right, he’s got the talent to put a team over the top. If he hits the market someone’s going to take a chance.

 

For the Rockets, he's not worth it if Memphis gave him away.
