@B-Bob, did you pick Rice to win this one?

LOL, no. I don't bet in general, and I don't follow Owls football. I follow their baseball a little.

They were on national espn2 tv earlier today and then proceeded to get their asses kicked by Memphis, so I was just curious if your SF mojo went back to college times.

:D It probably would! I definitely went to football games when at Rice and watched the team get annihilated over and over before the SWst Conference disbanded.

Though, in roundball, I've won a couple of NCAA tourney brackets in my time, and the bball team was even good(ish) at Rice then. So it really is just football.
I will pick a game this coming weekend and make a prediction. We'll test this out and see if I can make some friends some $ with predictably terrible predictions.

I had many, many awesome times at Rice football (mostly in the parking lot) and baseball (always in the free bleachers behind LF) games. I never went to a basketball game at Autry Court, dunno how that happened.

Carson Beck has reverted back to form. Terrible OT interception set up Miami to lose.

I am honestly picking South Carolina not to fully upset Old Miss, but to beat the spread (currently 13 and 1/2 points!)

South Carolina will... rise up... and surprise a complacent Old Miss, losing by about 10.

Sweet! Let's add SC to the others, in my quintafecta of teams I would really like to win.

...and no, I have no money on any of this

If I'm picking football, you definitely take Old Miss to cover!

Florida showing why they let go of Sunbelt Billy. Dude could recruit but couldn’t motivate or call a game to save his job.

    1.
    2. Old Miss covers the spread by scoring in the last six minutes.

    3. Within 24 hours of the game:
    Gamecocks fire OC Mike Shula

Dang. Few wield such power over eggball.
