    Reed just understands when and where to pick his spots, Amen doesn't

    Also, it just helps his confidence. He's going to make mistakes obviously but the whole point in drafting him is for this right now.

    Helps his confidence if he knows its his spot to lose instead of having him earn it over two gleaguers...
