    Sure looked like UH's guy was pushed into the PR, although he didn't really try to slow up

    Also, if he's bobbling the ball after a fair catch, is the defense not allowed to touch him?

    There were 2 people directly between Wegman and the WR on that INT...one of them was the ref, the other was the ILB, and Wegman saw neither of them
