Nah if the Sox and Tigers lose we would control destiny. We would be tied with the Tigers record wise. Boston would still be sitting on 87 wins. If we sweep the Angels, we would be at 88 and therefore one of the Tigers or Sox would be out as the Tigers would have to sweep thus eliminating the Sox.

 

This comes as no surprise, the day after we lose control of our own destiny. Again, so predictable.

I said before the game watch Framber throw a no hitter or some **** after tanking us out of the playoffs the past two months…sure enough he’s back to CY Framber

This team only plays well when there is no pressure. Basically everyone expects them to miss the playoffs right now, so they do this.

If Detroit loses today, Astros will come out tight against Angels and lose tomorrow.

I think the opposite. They coasted against really bad pitchers this year and nearly got shut out by 5 ERA starters a good amount of time. Maybe mailed in looking at film and scouting?

Framber pitching well for his next contract from his new team. He couldn't end the season 1-10 in his last 11. I still think he mailed it in and didn't care about the team making the postseason.
