Look on the NBA app and the Blazers who have 1 loss more than the Suns have an "o" beside them on the standings while the Suns don't.

 

Even if Mavs/Kings both hold the tie breakers, there still needs to be a one more game difference for them to be officially eliminated.

Looked it up, Suns have tiebreaker over Mavs, Kings have tiebreaker over Suns.

 

Those tweets were incorrect, the NBA haven't rule out the Suns from play-in yet (it'd put the little "o" next to Suns) too. even though very unlikely (Suns wining 3 of their remaining 4 games AND the Mavs/Kings losing ALL of their remaining 3/4 games), the Suns still mathematically in the play-in race.

 

So who do you guys have in mind on possible 9th or 10th picks?

Mathematically incorrect. If they lose one more game they are officially out, which should happen Tuesday night vs GSW. Even NBA.com still shows they have not clinched the no-playoffs.
