    I mean its his administration. Did the WH not put a pause on loans and grants and did the Medicaid portals not have a freeze placed on them?

    Either he did it purposely or he did it by accident and showed a gross level of incompetence, right?

    I don't think anyone knows yet what exactly happened. There's a nonzero chance that the site was hacked. So maybe it would be best to wait until the dust settles, that's all I'm saying.

    With that said . . . if it happened accidentally well then, yes, that is pretty close to a gross level of incompetence. ;)
