You know who doesn't have actual concrete policy? Donald Trump. Everything is blanket generalities and moving targets.

 

They (his cult of followers) prefer "concepts" of policies. Actual policies go right over their heads. That's why they love 3-4 word slogans so they can process the info... ie lock her up, build the wall, MAGA
