    The British borrowed quite a bit from American music and eventually it came back to the USA sometimes as Covers and sometimes as riff/concepts.

    You didn't specify, but I define that broadly as band/groups such as

    • GFR
    • BTO
    • Humble Pie
    • Small Faces
    • Foghat
    • Nazareth
    • Faces
    • Free
    • Guess Who
    • Steppenwolf
    • etc

    The thing is, the above is what I grew up on and I have been trying to expand beyond that. I will admit to watching some reaction videos for GFR, Humble Pie and Small Faces



    As long as the conversation stays away from
    • Rap
    • Hip Hop
    • Electronica (or whatever it is called)
    • Whatever Metal Slayer and similar is supposed to be
    • New Country (George Strait and earlier is good)

    then I am fairly flexible on what we discuss.
