    Not only was Caratini's attempt to score stupid because he was out by a mile, but his dive-attempt was too.

    1) He didn't dive in a way that avoided the tag (should've been head-first and outside to dodge it)
    2) He slid straight into the catcher (catcher-on-catcher violence)
    3) He got himself injured

    Caratini did his Pete Rose impression -- "I'm betting against my team".

    If it goes 18 innings, Espadumb will pitch Seth, Dubin, and Scott for ONE out each, then Hader for 5 innings.
