    More like not landing Wemby and him going to a division rival completely altered the timeline of our rebuild.

    I bet you Stone's biggest fear is Spurs draft two perfect pairings this year to play next to Wemby and they overtake the Rockets in standings in 2 years.

    You are 100% correct and no one wants to hear this. Everyone will just blame the owner, the coach, or the players themselves for not being truly elite. When, in reality there's only a handful of guys every year that really have the ability to lead a team to a championship.

    Seriously though, the math says of our core six:

    1 all star
    2 nice role players
    3 flunk out/short nothing special careers

    It’s really not much of an argument. Sengun has developed faster than Green but that’s about it. I don’t see any argument to believe Tari or Cam have outplayed their counterparts.
