Ok- so let me get this straight... the Astros just had an inning where they had a double, two other hits, no tootblans, no double plays and they did not manage to score a run?
That is almost impossible.
But, earlier this year I saw them have only 2 batters hit in one inning, which I'm not sure has ever happened in the history of baseball, so I mean, whatever. It's like performance art at this time.

There is no reason to have Loperfido not in CF if you insist on playing Dubon in the OF. Dubon is literally the last option (besides Alvarez) of the outfielders to be in CF.
