    Winning is hard in this league. You cannot jack around as an organization, having no expectations of young players for 2 or 3 years and think signing a new coach and a couple veterans is going to suddenly change everything - not if you didn’t get a franchise type player in the draft.

    It will take awhile. I had them at 30 wins and think that is about right. They will beat teams that give up in the second half of the season.
