Why aren't the Pelicans better?

Willie Green and the Pel's supposedly teased Point-Zion in the media, something that SVG originally did, but against the Rockets it was anything but that.

Zion only took 3 shots in the game against the Rockets, while Ingram and CJ took 13 each. Granted it's pre-season. Seems like their coach has to remind their ball handlers. Zion had more shots in the following game likely because a bit of backlash from the Rockets game.

 

I do not know WIlly Green well enough.....maybe they would need a hard ass like Udoka but who doesn't.

 

They could have two all-time players if Zion could pass 50 pounds to Ingram.

 

At 0-3, loss margin of 17 ppg and visibly playing at half speed - the pelicans are really giving those $5 a seat resale preseason ticket holders their $ worth.

 

cj,zion, and Valuncinas look out of shape. Teams are just running circles around them.
