    How funny, I just watched the trailer for this and it showed it comes to Netflix in late July......................this looks really good

    Yeah, surprised they used that song in there. He's Berry Gordy's son, but I just remember him for having some weird songs with somewhat of a common theme... "Somebody's Watching Me", "Obscene Phone Caller", "Knife", "Peeping Tom", "That's Nasty" ...

    Liked the visuals and the characters so much on the trailer I almost would rather the discovery and journey be deeper and more serious. This movie is probably very good and fun, but think they really had something here that could have been more.

    Really funny blacksplotation/scifi hybrid, cast was solid across the board. Thought it lost a little steam toward the end still a solid B+ from me....

    Very fun movie. Had the vibes of another film but I can’t quite place it…regardless it was very good

    side note: anyone else have to crank up the volume to hear the dialogue? I even adjusted the setting and I was still having a hard time. Feel like the mix was just off.
