    When you say Hudgins is a younger version of someone else...

    Like, he is one of the oldest dudes on the roster, and is on a 2way contract....

    I see Hudgins as a late bloomer whose peak is probably not good enough to be better than 4th string PG for one of the worst teams in the NBA

    Hudgins is 24, FVV is 29. OP may be correct Hudgins could be the Rockets Franchise Player.

    He is a much better athlete than FVV who struggles getting by anyone.

    Is same height and about same shooter - not a bad comparison.

    Hudgins made TyTy expendable.

    I agree that FVV knows what he's doing on D. But our Summer squad is doing a lot of clever, team-oriented things that can only help our overall D.

    There's no reason to leave a 6'0 guy helplessly isolated on a 6'8+ rim runner if you can make a decisive extra switch and move your guard onto a 3-point shooter. All I'm saying is that FVV will embrace those kind of changes. What's not to like here?
