2 things I wanted in the pitching department this past off season.

1) do not sign Montero
2) sign Wacha for starting pitching insurance

Wacha is 8-2 on a sorry ass Padres team witha 2.84 era. He's costing them 6.5 million a year.

Had we made just those 2 decisions the Astros would be at the very worst tied with the Rangers for first place, instead of being 5 games back.
