    Even though Reeves is not a true point guard if we were to sign him, I would feel pretty comfortable him starting alongside Green or Porter.

    They shouldn't do that unless the third year is a player option on team-friendly dollars ($20M or so). We don't want to be stuck with him if Amen is breaking out big time and looking like a future superstar.

    No that is panic management - and it hurts us the year we need to make extension decisions....if FVV was a guy to build around - and he is not - you do that, but he is meant as training wheels for the young guy that's it.
