My cousin and her husband are coming into town and asked us if we wanted to 'eat early' at around 730. I was like, what ****ing planet are you from? My wife said they were DINKS: Double Income No Kids. Still, I can't imagine waking up for work before 7 then not eating my last meal until after 7. Madness.

For those of you who eat after 7pm: Is it because of schedule? Do you have kids still in school?

Somewhere around 5:30pm and 6:30pm. 3 kids under 7, so we eat early.

We all know the truth. Xerobull is actually a hardcore DC fan masquerading as a Marvel fan. He has to eat dinner early so he can put on a Cowl and pretend to be Batman at night.

I try to get dinner on the table at 7:00 or earlier (I do the cooking in my family).

Unfortunately, that does not consistently happen.

Officially, I get off work at 5:00 but that seldom happens in actuality. If I take any break at all, I can't get dinner on the table before 7:00.

    So, usual occurrence is...
    Stop working at 5:45
Take a break til about 6:15 or 6:30
    Start cooking at around 6:30 - 6:45
Eat dinner at around 7:30 or 8:00

If i take a longer break, dinner gets served later.
