Absolutely no excuse to be passive tonight.

He's costing them this game by not attacking like he can.

 

Which supports the argument that this version of Harden is something we haven't really seen yet.

 

bad game from harden scoring wise. you can play passive with KD and Kyrie. But when 1 is out you gotta be more aggressive scoring.

You can't have Bruce Brown playing the role of the big man under the basket. Useless as a release when Harden is swarmed. I like Bruce Brown's game a lot, but he's just too small to do that.

But its also disingenuous to say that. He makes these type of passes all the time. He's always been a top passer in the league. Its not a "new" Harden, its Harden who takes a way less amount of shots. Its pretty much a casual opinion of someone who has never watched Harden.

 

what the nets do to with under .500 teams is disrespectful to the game.

 

The thing is, Harden is making the right play. He's looking at the defense and what it gives him. I donno if its about being passive more than what the defense Toronto is showing.

 

You can say whatever about Harden but at least give credit to Toronto's defense
