    It's legal to do that there. It used to be that way in Texas when I was a teen. I had friends whose parents took us to some honkey tonk when I was about 17. I don't remember who it was. Probably someone like David Allen Coe or Shake Russell. All I do remember was feeling sick in the back of the car on our way home and puking in my friend's big purse.

    I don't know about IL but I don't think it's legal to buy a drink for someone underage in WI bars even if they are your son. Since it's WI though I'm guessing a lot of bars just look the other way.

    She should be charged for child endangerment for driving her kid to Kenosha in the first place. Honestly I don't know what would motivate a parent to decide it would be a good idea to drop their kid off in midst of a riot. Same with Kenosha PD that just waved him through.

    A parent brainwashed by the same media content as her son.

    She's obviously a bad mother. Her kid couldn't graduate high school and has obvious mental health issues. I almost have sympathy for the kid.

    It says right in the article that it is legal at 18 to drink in Wisconsin in the presence of a parent.

    I was shocked when I read that. Doesn’t excuse any of what happened. Terrible parenting and gives insight into how Kyle was probably raised In a household that excuses white supremacy at best.
