Too bad every team doesn't have a snitch to uncover what really goes on. Remember, those idiotic trash cans went unnoticed. The commissioner doesn't want to unfurl what's really going on.
shhhh don't talk like this on the forum. I've been saying this for some time and have been called out as a troll because i have a brain and I can think for myself. Half the forum here still thinks we can win a world series here. Those same people will be nowhere to be found when we lose a 100 games in a few seasons. The toughest part of being a fan is accepting when your team is mediocre and knowing when to rebuild. We need young controllable talent. This team is way too bloated at the moment. I'll be there to support the team nevertheless in person because I love baseball but I know when we need to rebuild.
Hmm, sure looks like Laureano's the piece of **** here. I haven't been following this season at all considering that MLB seems to just be a dumpster fire in general. The trending headline on Twitter that led me over here was something like "Benches clear after Astros pitcher hits A's batter." This is, of course, a good reminder why I never go on Twitter considering that the brawl and the pitch were unrelated except for Laureano's extreme doucheiness to our pitcher for over a minute afterwards. That said, can Cintron just kind of be gone? Considering the utter anemia of our bats last year when it counted, it's pathetic that he still has a job while Hinch and Luhnow don't.
You sensitive clowns need to realize - after pedophile Mike Fiers went public, the Astros are now the only team in the MLB that isn't stealing signs. There is an adjustment period required to overcome this handicap. Meanwhile, the Dodgers signed Betts to a $400 million contract to reward themselves for the perfect sign theft, something 25 other teams in the MLB including the Astros could never do. But that's just honest big market strategy, isn't it?
They are done..... May not even make the playoffs. And if they do, pitching will be their undoing, if not already done. How many loses now? And 60 game season where EVERY game counts...
Rough rough outing. I missed the last 2 day games.....what is that, 5 in a row? Down to minor league pitching, quite the year. https://vlipsy.com/embed/in5GH48t
I mean, it was a win-win before Verlander, Urquidy, Alvarez, Peacock, Osuna, Smith, Pressly, Pruitt, and Devo all went down.
The only way for the Astros to now win is to intentionally get covid and try to infect the Dodgers and Yankees when they play.
Tread water and make the playoffs in our shitty divison. Anything can happen then especially if we get healthier. All is not lost.
