As of late not really. Cryptic messages and liking posts on social media making fun of him says otherwise

Again...If Watson didn’t want O’BRIEN, he wouldn’t be there. I’m sure he watching the moves. O’Brien is not finished.

Not really. As of now Watson’s days are numbered so long as the structure is what it is. Sooner rather than later. Its pretty obvious he isn’t thrilled with the way things are going. Just a matter of time

I guess u have seen the new CBA? It punishes players sitting out. Watson is not that type of guy. Watson will get his money. By doing that, he will have even more influence in the organization.

So because the cba apparently “ “punishes” guys for sitting out there’s not going to be players sitting out now. Oh please. What a gimmick

Watson can get money anywhere he wants. It certainly doesn’t have to be here. This team is trash as is. He’ll gladly choose a better organization and still get paid

All these people saying he brings big play ability just don't get it... Sure speed is nice and essential, but you also need WRs that are go to players(Nuk)... You need Players that win 50/50 balls on long or short yardage situations at a mid/high rate(Nuk)... And let's be honest, Watson throws a lot of 50/50 balls as do most QBs... They have that trust that Wrs(Nuk) will make the play... Who on this roster fits that?.. It's not about having just speed everywhere... Hell KC has Kelce , who fits that description I mentioned, to go along with Tyreek...

BTW..you assume Watson’s happiness is tied to Hopkins, it is not.

Texans control him for 4 years.

    After Watson gets paid:

When you lose accrued service time AND the fines are PUNISHING, players won’t be sitting out.

It obviously had/has some impact or else He wouldnt have been doing what he has

“control” means absolutely nothing when Watson will dictate where he will go at the end of the day

Please. You must be one that believes tampering doesn’t exist because you get punished so it doesn’t happen. Guarantee you’ll continue to see players sit out when they’re obviously unhappy

It doesn’t matter if someone tampers, he will not sit out because it will cost money and service time. No, they won’t because it doesn’t work. Melvin Gordon tried it and it cost him $3 million per year.

And he still sat out. Exactly, still did it. Slap on the wrists are meaningless if a player is not happy with his situation. That’s just obvious

I guess O’Brien could fall ass backward into success with whatever the **** decision making process he’s using but wow is he looking inept.

Apparently Fuller is more valuable than Hopkins to the Texans, going by actual team performance on the field. With Fuller out the Texans are completely neutered. If Watson is any good he should be able to utilize all the weapons at his disposal now. He has a ridiculous amount of talent at skill positions to play with and a good line. If the offense falters at this point it’s on Watson, not O’Brien.

The defense is what you should worry about, if anything. Luckily they shouldn’t need to be on the field that long.

This was a reply to a post that teams could outright sign him which isn't the case, even if he wanted out or sat out. Not predicting or saying any of that will happen.

Old CBA. New one is different. He also lost atleast $12 million total by not taking the contract he was offered. He won’t get that back.

still won't matter at the end of the day if a player is unhappy with his situation. he still ended up signing a contract elsewhere. one thing that won't change for the foreseeable future if a player wants to dictate a change, they will. melvin gordan wasn't the first and certainly won't be the last
