doesn't matter, any team could pick him up if they had space to do so if they wanted to. He is a Laker now but the rules are there if a team wanted to claim him, they could have
I think he does. Regardless whether I'm wrong or right his bro is in LA and thus he would also want to be in LA.
Why would you waste a roster space on a player who clearly wants to be in another team and has a history of being a malcontent and disruptive when he isnt happy? You are asking the Rox to screw themselves for ***** and giggles.
He would only help us if he was motivated to play. A player not wanting to be here is not something that would help the Rockets. I'm sure Morey talked with his agent. I'm sure the agent made it CLEAR, he wanted to go to LA.
Who said that? You? LA is where his twin is he only had 2 preferred destinations which is either Clippers or Lakers.
It sounds great if you could just simply pretend we drafted Kawhi and hypothetically add him to whatever roster we had back then and it sounds even greater to imagine him still being here right? No. It doesn’t work like that. If we drafted Kawhi there’s no telling what direction this team would’ve taken or where we would’ve ended up in heading into the off-season. Basically everything that happened allowed the stars to align perfectly for Morey to pull off THE TRADE that completely changed the complexion of this franchise. Morey got us James Harden, Dwight Howard (huge deal at the time), drafted Parsons at the very end of the draft etc. in that couple year span and you want to b**** about losing Patterson and Morris?
I like Jeff Green and I'm trying to understand why did we only sign him to a 10 day contract. Was that Jeff's idea or mutual to see if he would fit in. Jeff is a great rotational player and provides rest for PJ and Covington. Gordon, Bmore, Green, Demarre, Rivers. We actually have a 10 man rotation that can defend and score.
at this point it doesn't really matter. he's here for the rest of the season. he should have been signed 2 years ago
