Aranda got a nice welcome tonight The second half could have gone better but we will take the dub. Being #1 feels good. Florida is up next!
That's a fun team to watch. Do they have the depth? They typically only go 6/7 deep. [insert MDA joke here]
Baylor has won a couple of games without our best scorer of late in Macio Teague. One of them against #14 (last week) West Virginia Can't stop, won't stop. Huge matchup against Kansas on Saturday!!
Very evenly matched game. If Teague is healthy, I think you beat Kansas at home. If he’s not, I think you lose. Either way it’s probably the game of the year so far.
I never want to see my team lose...but having said that, I really needed Baylor to lose a game before entering the tourney (superstition). Losing by 3 to Kansas isn't awful.
Teague looked lost for most of the KU game. Superb man to man defense + it was his first game back so I'll excuse it.
How much would it suck to be Tech...just got beat at home by Texas, then your last 2 conference game are vs Baylor and Kansas
Scott Drew is absolutely crushing recruiting while picking up this third premium recruit today. Kendall Brown Langston Love Jeremy Sochan #1 recruiting class in the nation atm.
Saw a CBS sports graphic yesterday where a couple of experts picked Baylor to win the national championship. Picking who will win the Final Four in November is fool's errand, but it was still nice to see.
Thanks for the tip! Now I have a reason to stay up. Has Illinois been ranked this high in 20 years? One of my favorite teams ever was the "Positionless Clones" with Kendall Gill, Nick Anderson, Marcus Liberty, Kenny Battle, etc.... So fun to watch. https://vault.si.com/vault/1989/01/...ng-illinois-past-big-ten-rival-michigan-96-84
Amen...I loved Kendall Gill. Yeah, it's been a while since Illinois was this highly ranked. I was really impressed by them last night. Baylor plays Gonzaga on Saturday!!
