When is it "time" to stop with the Christmas lights?

    I turned mine off on January 9th, but I still noticed several neighbors with theirs still on last night, including my entire complex showing. (and I thought I was being late.)

    Just curious, when is it pretty embarrassing to still have lights on? I recall one neighbor having them on through March last year.

    The 12 days of Christmas run Christmas day through the Epiphany (January 6). We tend to turn ours off on the 7th.

    It may be because with balconies, maybe you forget them (ie. no plugging in and out every night)
